Welcome to Hybrid! A Hybrid Athlete is defined as someone who is proficient in both strength and endurance. Hybrid training is one of the best ways to train for overall health and fitness. The aim of this program is not only to make you strong but also to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Over the next 12 weeks, we will include a blend of running and strength training, and by week 12 we will be running a half marathon!
